It monitors alarms and events in real time and automatically delivers concise alerts to designated personnel via paging or compatible messaging channels. The tool supports routing based on alarm severity, area, and schedules, includes escalation and acknowledgment options to ensure follow-up, and logs notification history for traceability. By getting critical information to the right people even when they’re away from the control room, it helps shorten response times and improve operational continuity.
